Agreement

These terms govern purchases from Fencing By S.K., LLC (Shade Fabrics), trading as SK Fencing, and use of this website. Placing an order means you accept them. Installation work is governed separately by the signed contract for that project, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Quotes and pricing

Written quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices on this site cover materials only unless the listing states otherwise. Installation, permits, hauling and site preparation are quoted separately after an on-site measure.

Orders and payment

Special-order and made-to-measure items require a deposit and cannot be cancelled once fabrication starts. Balance is due before delivery or installation unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.

Returns

Stocked goods may be returned within 30 days under our returns and refunds policy. Made-to-measure work is not returnable.

Licensing

SK Fencing holds an Arizona ROC license and carries liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. License and certificate details are available on request and are listed in the site footer.

Warranty

Workmanship is warranted for the period stated on your contract. Manufactured goods carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. Warranty does not cover damage from vehicle impact, flooding, unpermitted modification, or failure to maintain moving hardware.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with venue in Yuma County.
