SKA10-8 Split Single Socket Tee

Description

Split version of the single socket tee. It hinges open, wraps a pipe that is already up, pins shut and locks with set screws.

Adds a tee to a finished railing without taking the run apart. It is made for adding to a structure, not for joining two rail ends.
